4. Agreement
4.1. The Terms of Use constitute a legal contract between the Company and the Users.

7. Information Provision and Responsibility

7.3. Users agree to comply with Zambian real estate transaction laws.
9. Prohibitions
Users shall not engage in conduct deemed illegal. Prohibited activities include:

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Zambia. Disputes shall be settled by the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lusaka, Zambia.
